We currently collect and process the following information:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

In the interest of the nature of a consultancy business to capture and use data in the purpose of building a customer database of clients
We do not collect personal information indirectly from other data sources

We use the information that you have given us in order to build the correct customer details in order to correctly invoice and contact the correct individual in a legitimate business way.

We may share this information with interested solution partners but not without consent first.

The information is held securely for business purposes only and can be requested to be removed at anytime.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep business information data for a period of 6 years or when the information is deemed legitimate to hold for this period, due to ongoing contracted work. Exceptions may be legitimate if found to be for tax purposes or reasons surrounding consultancy business services, for instance Limited Company status. We will then dispose of your information by deleting all records thoroughly using manual and digital techniques to eradicate all data held for the purpose of marketing.
